Refund policy
At Exoyvoir, we are committed to delivering high-quality, fresh food products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, if there is a verifiable issue with your order that is determined to be our responsibility, we may offer a replacement product at our sole discretion.
Reporting a Product Issue
If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must report it within seventy-two (72) hours of receiving your product. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
To report a problem, email us at Contact@exoyvoir.com. Be sure to include your full name, your order number, a clear and detailed description of the issue, and dated photographs of the product and its original packaging. We may request additional information to verify the claim. If sufficient documentation is not provided, your claim may be denied.
Product Retention Requirement
You must retain the affected product in its original packaging and condition until the issue is resolved. In some cases, we may request that the product be returned to us for inspection. If the product is discarded, altered, or otherwise unavailable for review, we may be unable to verify the issue and no replacement will be issued.
Replacement Eligibility
Replacements will only be offered when the product is determined to be defective, spoiled, damaged in transit, or incorrect due to our error. All claims must be verified by our team and must meet the conditions outlined in this policy. Replacements are subject to product availability. If a product is no longer available, we may offer a comparable substitute or store credit, at our discretion.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
All food products sold by Exoyvoir are non-returnable and non-refundable. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of any food item, whether opened or unopened. By placing an order with Exoyvoir, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.

Exoyvoir reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all orders placed after the date of the update.
